I sat down to write a blog post for the end of this year. As I dictate to the computer sometimes I realised afterwards that the post would be best offered as both podcast and blog. This episode looks at how we deal with personal growth and moving from victim to acceptance in the journey. It also considers how we can be kinder to both self and others in light of all that has occurred for us collectively and individually this year.

The result is a sense of self out of alignment, a feeling of uncertainty and perhaps some inaction in areas you are still deeply passionate. A way to resolve an internal conflict like this is to have a dialogue with your self. This is what I did. So in the spirit of being open, transparent and a bit vulnerable I share my experience. Usually I am one to write my insights. In this case I let the different parts of me have their say. This is for you if you want to consider how you deal with your own inner rebel and get in your own way. Perhaps you can find some ideas and inspiration for your own sense of direction. The ultimate outcome is realignment, refocusing and a new sense of purpose in your life and work.
